Learning to Tell Time
Read the poem and discuss what happens at what part of the day. (for example: at night time we sleep, in the morning we get up and have breakfast, at noon we eat lunch etc…) Then make their own clocks with moveable hands and color.Talk about the earth’s rotation around the sun and how it spins on its axis. Show our earth ball going around a student that is the sun. Talk about sun rises and sets and shadows. Handout.
